As I mentioned earlier, the kids are currently going through a serious “We Will Rock You” phase. In fact, as we were driving yesterday, our five-year old spontaneously burst into song.

“You got mud on your face,
You think it’s grace,
dun-dun dun can, dun, dun, dun dun dun
Singin we will, we will, rock you!”

“Wait a minute,” I said. “What did you say?”

“I’m not sure of the first part,” he said, “so I skipped it.”

“No, no, after the mud on your face,”

“It’s ‘You think it’s grace’.”

“Are you sure?”

“Yeah, yeah,” his big brother interrupted. “That’s the song. We know.”

Fair enough. I like it better than the real lyrics anyway.
